Well, I gained a pound this week. First time I have gained weight since I started this WOE back in February. I think I probably gained because I was too sick to exercise last week, laid around all day watching TV. Or, it could have been the antibiotics, or the diflucan I had to take to kill the yeast infection I got from taking the antibiotics.....anyway, I guess my way of looking at it is that I plan to live this way for the rest of my life, there will be times where I will get sick and have to take medication. The medicine worked, I'm not sick anymore, time to get back into my routine and get off the sofa and away from the TV!
