It's easy to do 65% fats AND have good cholesterol levels AND eat the types of fats you are more comfortable with, WITHOUT having to add fats like butter, creams, animal fat etc.

What I mean is I have a diet that is rich in fish high in omega-3s and fish oils such as salmon. Also eat foods like avocado, use oils like olive oil (cholesterol-lowering), hard-boiled eggs, nuts & seeds - many of these fats occur naturally in foods and are not necessarily saturated fats, but will help you fill your 65% fats ratio and the sort of fats that are UNQUESTIONABLY good on your arteries and cholesterol levels. Remember too that if you eat foods that are cholesterol-lowering such as broccoli, tofu, decafeinated teas - will also help keep your cholesterol DOWN. My cholesterol was never high to start with and it's because of all these points I've made... plus it's gone down further since I started Atkins.

I am really impressed with your weight loss.

Saturated fat and trans fats are bad in the presence of a lot of carbs, which is why Dr. A suggests cutting back a bit on saturated fat when we increase our carbs near the pre-M and LM phases.
