Usally after Lbs, inches come next. But the key is exercise! You'll usally end up losing inches rather than lbs at first lol

You are probably losing fat and gaining muscle :joy
A pound of fat takes up more room on your body than a pound of muscle hence Atkineers tend to be in a smaller dress size at the same weight they were before!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Exercise Exercise Exercise! I will loose some inches than loose some pounds etc. Just try a quick 30 minute workout...just walking or something and you will see a difference.

            Daisy-

The same thing is happening to me right now and it's soooooo FRUSTRATING!! As someone who has always been overweight I am, believe it or not, obessed with the scale and I know it's totaly a psychological thing. I know I made this tremendous commitment to shape up and seeing the pounds go down is a reinforcement. Seeing the inches go down even faster should be more of a reinforcement for me but for some reason it's not :no I attribute my scale stall to the fact I have been working out like a fiend and gianing muscle mass. That's gotta be it. I am losing inches fast off my midsection though!! :joy

And don't forget that the more muscle you build the more calories you will burn when exercising too :hug
