I posted this accidentally to 14 day induction, so here it goes again! Just got back from being withDH in Victoria at mydaughter's graduation from University for the last5 days. We had a great time, the weather even co-operated and we followed this WOE carefully and even went to work out at the club, did a ton of walking, and the only sitting we did was for 2 hours at the convocation. Got on the scale this morning, TOM is still with me, and I'm down 1 1/2 lbs. I jumped for joy!!! Dh is down too! So it definately can be done if you set your mind to it, and are determined!!
