    Morning All,

    I was hoping to send a message this morning saying I'm in the 230's, but not yet. I know I will be by tomorrow as I'm drinking all my water today - no excuses and plan to go walking even if it's around my apartment 1000 times. It has been so HOT outside that I didn't feel safe (feels like I would pass out) walking my normal 3 miles. I haven't walked in 2 days and I can't let it go another day. Maybe tomorrow I'll have better news, but I still have good news.... I am wearing a size 18 comfortably. I don't know the last time I wore this size, probably to young to remember. Thanks a lot to you all for your continued support.

    Congratulations so far! Patience is key on the woe. If you're following your Atkins, drinking water and exercising you will see results. Besides, the scale is evil...measure!

      Congrats on the size 18!!!
      I know about the heat and walking but we started going at 8pm and its not so bad. You might try it or walk early in the mornings. I hope you work it out I know I felt like a slug a week ago when I didn't walk.
