I have been counting the carbs in eggs. Am I supposed to? I buy jumbo eggs and have been counting them a 1 carb each. Am I cheating myself?

understandable... but eggs range from 0.3g carbs each to 0.8 - depending on size.

Just like tickle said, the average around here is 0.6-1 depending on the size. But the best way to do it is to say it is one.
Just like most food labels, they are not forced to put the entire carb amount if it is less than 1, sometimes they will put <1, but you could be eating something that has, say, 0.9 carbs, and not knowing that its adding up.
The way I do it is if it isn't a veggie, and it says it doesn't have any carbs, I just go ahead and count them anyway as 1.335/265/230
