Hey no problem I just came across it. I think it would be great to add to the stickies as it has a lot of great info for those who are not losing during weeks 3-6. I find a lot of the posts are in week 3 and this might help.

That is EXACTLY what happened to me! I was wondering why I went gang busters on the first two weeks, but nothing for the few after that. Then last week WHOOOSH! I lost a bunch more. I'm glad to have an explanation. Thanks so much!
