It doesnt really matter - as long as you weigh at the same time of day on the same set of scales in the same spot and dressed in similar clothing.
You are likely to weigh your lowest after waking up and visiting the bathroom before you eat or drink.
I find I weigh a few pounds heavier at night than I do first thing in the morning.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I always weigh first thing in the morning...as soon as I pottie. I always find that my weight on average goes up about two pounds each day once I am up and around. So, I weigh the least first thing in the a.m.

I've found the best time for me is in the morning right after I go to the bathroom. (before I have anything to eat or drink)

This and iwillbethin are definitely correct :yes

Need to weigh first thing after you wake up, AFTER the bathroom trip - for me it can make a 2lb difference. No clothes on either - watches, jeans, belts, sweater - all these I find can put on a few lbs of weight too. Also food that you eat throughout the day - for me, I put on something like 3-4lbs in a day and then I'll be back to normal the next morning.

I believe I heard this on the Morning Show. I was watching a segment and a doctor on there said to weigh yourself at 9:00 a.m. I have to admit there have been several times that I have weighed myself in the morning (around 6:30) after going to the bathroom and in my birthday suit and again at 9:00 a.m and I don't know why, but I weighed less at 9:00 a.m. :yes

The morning, after I get up and go pottie, next step, the scale! Seems to be the most accurate.
