  • EEEWWWWW!!!

    Ok guys,
    Here I am 51 pounds lighter and 33" smaller since 4-5-05. But my body is now all flabby, jiggly, squishy, YUCK! and I still want to lose another 120 pounds! How do you deal with this? I have streach marks going both directions on my stomach....
    all suggestions welcome.

    Skin brushing and plenty of moisturizing will help. I too have lot's of stretchmarks and flabby skin. Give your skin time to go back...and eventually your stretchmarks will fade.

        I've read similar posts in the past and what I got out of them was that it will take time for your skin to snap back. Not that it will snap back all the way, but you won't know to what degree for quite a while.

          Here I am 51 pounds lighter and 33" smaller since 4-5-05.
          Wow! You lost that much weight in two months? Your skin needs to catch up. Believe me, it will. I had a 52" waist and 59" :yikes abdominal that hung down over the very top of my thighs. I have lost 15" on my waist and 17" on my abdominal and my skin is shrinking back nicely. It won't ever be perfect, I may have some loose skin and I will always have noticeable stretch marks, but that's ok, I can live with that.

          Just be patient. Do you exercise? I am concerned you may have lost some muscle since you lost so much so fast. Perhaps you could exercise and lift some free weights and do some floor exercises.

            Thanks for your concern. I actually started 50 pounds heavier then your starting weight and am 1" taller
            I have lost 9 pounds of lean body mass. The trainer said not to worry about that that I will lose some becasue it is not all needed now that my body is carrying around less mass. I am exerciseing, and I feel great, I just look al jiggly when I am naked
