    FINALLY! I've been off of exercising for 3 weeks and I'm going back today. I was sick with a bad summer cold and i feel pretty good so i'm gonna go for it. I did however loose 7lbs while i didnt exercise...explain that one! Anyways...EVERYBODY GET OUT THERE AND WORK YOUR HINEY's OFF! It's only 100 + degrees here in Texas and i'm going for it!

    I'm with you girl! I've got my trip to the gym planned tonight.
    No weight lifting tonight (I'm sore from yesterday)

    Planning on 1 hour brisk walking on treadmill and 20 min on stairs.

        I know that's right Girl!! Shoot, I know I need to exercise myself. I don't know why I want it so bad, but I don't put in the time like I should. I did before, but now I think I need a new motivating factor. What's yours?

          Unfortunately i still havent got back on the exercise wagon as of yet. I'm still kinda snotty etc. I am gonna probably have to wait until Monday to start back up. My husband refuses to let me go out and exercise until i'm 100%...hehe. I was sick for about 3 months when i first started this whole WOE etc. I was the only crazy person at the track with it being in the 30's etc. Now that it's in the 100's i dont want to put myself in that same position again since my immune system is still not 100%. I have finally started to sleep well without hacking all night etc.

          So....i will be exercising coming Monday. Especially since i havent dropped anything else in the past week. TOM is due on Sat. so that's probably got alot to do with it too.
