  • 25 lbs this summar!!!!!!!

    hi everyone, my goal is to lose atleast 25 lbs this summar, im going to try my bewst, i have been slacking off due to some problems but im going back on track now, and my goal is to lose 25-27 lbs this summar!!!!! I CAN DO IT

    Mini goal: 200 by august 20
    Major goal: 100 lbs by august 2006

    Did Atkins back in 2005 and went from 262 to 182!
    Starting Nov 4th 2009 again at 195
    First mini-goal: 187 by thanksgiving
    Second mini-goal: 181 by Xmas trip to see in-laws in LA, size 14's!

      :wave - You and me both. I feel if I've got the next 25lb off I'm really under way! Best of luck - it's always good to have a goal.

            I am sure you do awesome -- just keep the rules nearby and keep exercising 3-5 times per week. Go for it you will not regret it come fall!
