WOW--That is incredible-- good for you :clapping

Please share how you lost so much. Did you stay on induction for a long time? Did you excercise? Sorry for the questions...but I am dying to know how you did it!

    Thanks

hello. well i stayed on induction for the whole year!!!! I stayed between 7-12 carbs a day, but after 6 months i tried 10 -16 carbs a day.

I DIDNT HAVE ANY ATKIN BARS, ALCOHOL, AND I NEVER EVER CHEATED! AND NEVER HAD ANYOTHER BEVERAGE BUT WATER

THIS IS MY BASIC MEAL PLAN:

        BREAKFAST:
        2 eggs
        3 slices of bacon
        and maybe sometimes sausage

        LUNCH:
        green salad
        0 carb ranch
        boiled egg
and a medim slice of chicken for my salad

        DINNER:
celery, a slice of tomato, 1/4 of a cucumber
        with 0 carb ranch
        2-3 oz of chicken breast
        OR
ground chicken patty with a lil cheese

I NEVER ATE INBETWEEN MEALS AND I NEVER ATE ANYTHING AFTER 7 PM.

        EXCERSISE:
ran 3-4 miles a day on tredmill
        went swimming 4x a week
        jump rope
and did warmup + lots n lots of dancing.

DRANK 130 OZ OF WATER EVERYDAY[/b]

I think your 20+ miles on the treadmill a week certainly helped a lot.
            Congrats!

DON'T go back to your old way of eating but DO go thru OWL/PM/ maintenance and get your carbs up to something more healthy.

:clapping :clapping Congratulations on becoming half the woman you once were :clapping :clapping
I agree with Iapetus999 it might be a good idea to climb the carb ladder now and follow the final phases of Atkins to reach maintenance and be able to reintroduce all the other food groups now. :hug
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

That is wonderful. I agree with the others, it is now time to go on to another phase so your body can maintain your current weight. Not sure how much smaller you want to be, but at 105 I can't imagine you wanting to be too much smaller. Good job in just a year...

that is awesome news! Congrats to you! Would love to see pics as well of your before and after! The exercise routine you had is really good, I'm goig to try to up my exercise by double. I'm currently doing about 20 minutes average on the eclyptical machine everyday, but I feel I can do it longer, and i should do it longer!

                            way to go though! :icondance

                              weigh to go.

To give yourself the best chance to keep the weight off for life you should as Dr Atkins said in DANDR and th4e others have said above do all the phases of Atkins so you can be a maintnenance person for life.
