    Hidden Valley Ranch

    anyone else use this? Has anyone had problems with it stalling them? I have tried others and just don't like them as well...and tried making my own ...boy was that a flop.

                  Another vote of confidence from me, but like they say everyone is different. It should be pretty safe. The book recommends using a salad dressing with 1g of carbs per 2 TBS, and HVR certainly applies.
