  • I have finally learned......

NOT TO TRUST THE DANG SCALE!!!!!!!! I am not into measuring myself, but I am into the way my clothes fit. The shopping spree I went on, about 3 weeks ago. My clothes are already getting lose!!

I dont care about what the number says anymore, I care about what size I wear!!

Not to mention, my scales possessed. I walk by the bathroom and its blinking numbers likes its weighing something, maybe I have a ghost that is more obssessed with weighing then I was.. Perfect excuse for the sucker to be put away and collect some dust.

Size 12 here I come! WoooOOohOoOo :icondance

Oh and BTW, ya'll would be proud of me.. Been goin to the gym 4 days a week, and I actually LIKE going!!

iyshi.. Girl its even better then seein a low number on the scale! I finally got my brain thinking the right way .. Took awhile though.

Im just gonna let my trainer at the gym weigh me, because he does body fat, bmi, and all kinds of junk. Other than that, no scale. I look good and feel good!

LOL, never would've thought to hear me tell MYSELF i look good!! I need to figure out the image hosting thingy on here.... I want to put a before and now pic in my siggy =)

I just today decided on the exact same thing! I've been exercising like crazy all week, and of course that showed up as a weight GAIN! No matter how much I intellectually know the reasons for it, it still got me depressed!!
                :no

So from now on, I'll measure my success by how loose my pants are, and trying to fit into the next size down! It will be hard but worth it.

Good idea Mary Chan. Its almost always a positive experience trying on clothes and watching them get looser, unlike stepping on the scale after hours of workouts etc, and seeing it go up.

The way your clothes fit is a surefire way to know your doing it right
