  • Is this supposed to help lose more weight?

Apple Cider Vinegar...I heard that it helps with weight loss. BUT is it ok to take during induction? I bought the pills yesterday and started using them already!

    Thanks

I havent a clue Sirine :sadblinky so can't say yea or nay.
But try to get into the habit of checking BEFORE you eat anything you are not sure about :hug just in case it is likely to cause you a problem.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

As far as I know, apple cider vinegar is ok. All vinegar is ok except Balsamic.

Apple cider vinegar is supposed to help with water retention. In fact, I'm going to pick some up tomorrow.

Sounds like you're talking about the Apple Cider vinegar diet Sirine

Here's one of the links I've found on the net. There are others you can read about just by doing a search on "apple cider vinegar diet"... just don't think it would work anything like Atkins

There IS a diet centered around the apple cider vinegar, but plenty of people take it as a supplement to their own diet and for other health reasons...my brother took it while on Atkins because he has chronic kidney problems, and took it as a precaution since Dr. A warns people with kidney disease not to do atkins.
