  • how do you know...

    how do you know how many calories you are supposed to be averaging at again? I forgot. I ate 2150 calories today..I think that's a little over.no?

    If find that if I count my carbs, only eat until satisfied not stuffed, and drink my water that the calories will take care of themselves. In the early days I needed a lot more calories then I do now.

      It all depends on how much you currently weigh and how active you are. You need to eat at least what your Basal metabolism is to lose weight and stay healthy.

      If you don't know what your basal calories should be...go to www.fitday.comand sign up for a free account. Once you set the account up go to the activities section and your basal metabolism will be listed there. That's the amount of calories you need to eat in order to keep your brain and body functioning properly in order to lose weight.

      The less you weigh the less calories you need to function.
