Will someone tell me how to tell the difference in which book I need to get. I look all over ebay for the red cover with the word new tilted but then I see a white cover that says completely revised from the year 2002. How many pages are in the book I am suppose to have. I got one from a garage sale but it didn't have the cover so I don't know which one I have. Thanks

Oh okay, cool- I always look at the regular walmart but can't find one, I will have to check out the super walmart. I am gonna make the egg mcmuffin things!!! thanks

It seems there are a lot of different covers. Mine is white with blue lettering. In my opinion, the 2002 edition is the best, although the recipes aren't completely accurate.

Theoretically, you should be able to get the science part of it from any version and use the acceptable food list here in our FAQs. I think it's vital that you understand how and why the diet works, so that you can make the best choices, regardless of your situation.

i think ALL the 02 versions are the same, they just released differnt covers with each reprint or something...i have seen mine, and a white copy with blue lettering that are the same, and I think a red one also.
