you might want to work your way up to 60m/day.

I agree with you on working your way up, but for now :nono Clare stick with what you're doing until your body tells you otherwise, TRUST me when I say this. Its all good intentions, but you don't want to burn yourself out and NOT exercise either. I was exercising like a maniac 2 hours a day, giiiiirl I got burnt OUT!! I figured I must gradually work my way up which I'm not ready to leave my little workout time until my body says to gimme more. Because 100% of something beats 100% of nothing. I still see good results.

hehe, believe me I am working my way up...I think adding more than 10 min a week is overdoing it, especially since I couldn't even do 5 mins on the eliptical my first day...I used to get no exercise at all..today is the beginning of my 4th week and I think 35 min a day (i added 5 more min this week) is fine for me right now, I don't know if I could handle much more just yet.

Yeah, the scale is a discouraging thing. I haven't seen the scale move in a long time, but oh well. Good things come to those who wait

I haven't noticed a difference in the way my clothing fit either. However I have been measuring my waist and hips and lost four inches. My dh started at the same time I did and his pants are falling off him already. No fair! :anger
