Four pounds gone this last week - wow, couldn't believe it when I got on the scales this morning.
I only lost one pound the week before but was philosophical as I'd lost a couple of inches, and hey a pound lost maybe only a pound, but it's sure better than a pound gained!
I'm now down to around the weight I was when I got married last year, still weigh over but I'm getting there. The two best things about this are;
this is the only time during the last 5 years that I've lost any weight at all,prior to that it was all a steady gain, and (best of all) an inch has come off the bazooms (wonder how much they weigh now?)
I had to laugh tho' - yesterday I got some of those no sugar no carb sweets. I had 5 - my God :yikes I've never been to the loo so many times in my life- the seat was never allowed to go cold. Never again. Still I probably got loads more exercise runing up and downstairs all night :anger
