I have been on a clean atkins induction for 3 weeks now. As a 2nd time arounder, I wanted to do it differently this time, so I have made a point if getting up and cooking what Dr. Atkins would call "A LUXURIOUS BREAKFAST" every morning and being very deliberate about drinking 2 glasses of water first thing. Last time around, I would nuke some sausage and eat at my desk at work. This morning I enjoyed eggs back & sausage on my outdoor patio. It starts the day off well for me.
I am only weighing once a months, but I know I have lost weight. I have to get up about a half an hour earlier, but a good positive start to theday is soooooo helpful.
