I'm confused as to whether or not you're supposed to count the carbs in the vegetables you eat daily. Do you count the lettuce in your salad? the broccoli you have for dinner? I'm just not sure if it's 20 carbs including the veggies or 2-3 cups of veggies AND 20 carbs? Please help!

You count the carbs of everything you put into your mouth.
