So.. i don't know how many people here will remember me, but i should of stuck around here. i started this diet on 18/11/04 weighing at 207lbs (94 kilos)
i stuck to it till mid April this year, i had gotten down to (72 kilos) my goal was 67..so damn close
well i decided to go to Perth for a holiday for a week and to see wrestling over here, well i had to stay at my friends with his family.. for some reason his family ignored me so i just stayed in his room all day while he worked, and when his days were off we would go down to the city..
The stuff i ate alot of that week? MC Donald's, red rooster,kfc, chicken rolls, junk food.. the thing is i didn't put on any weight then may come and i was down to 75 (165.3lbs). i didn't think a huge deal of it.. then June.. & well the plan was to only break the diet for the week in Perth. and i was gonna come straight home and start back up on Atkins, its taken me this long to get back on. i have restarted a few times and a few days later i "break it", i started back on Atkins on the Th June, and i weighed in at 79 kilos 174.2lbs. im now back to kilos, i broke the diet for the first time in them few days.. with an Apple, i wanted to know how much impact this could ruin the diet with? i don't plan to do it again, but will it stop my body losing for a few more days? cause Ive been losing a kilo every 2 days it seems.
Anyways im just glad to be back, i think now that im here ill be able to do it. I cant believe how much urge i had to keep eating carbs, Because when i was on it the first time around, them 4 - 5 months on it, i didn't have cravings to eat any carbs, and the diet was very easy for me, now this time its really hard :S
