Ok so...
I've been following induction for 2 weeks, this being my third week. My first Monday of Induction someone delivered a bunch of boxes of chocolate covered almonds to sell for a charity, I nearly wept as these are my fave. For 2 weeks I have looked at those almonds eveyday, I have watched people eat them like crazy and I haven't had one, not even one. Today for some reason I SNAP, I rip open a box and pour out 6, I throw all 6 in my mouth and joyously wait for the chocolaty goodness to bring me happiness, that however didn't happen. Instead they felt waxy, almost like I could taste every little fake flavouring that went into them, almost a grainy consistancy. I gave the rest of the box to a co worker, she asked if I wanted some Pringles, I tried a few but the same thing, they felt odd in my mouth, I found them really salty and poor tasting, has anyone else experienced this? It's obvious I was looking to binge but ended up not doing it because it would appear my tatse buds had changed.!!! Bizarre.
