Its easy enopugh to make you own. A little heavy cream, a drop of splenda(if you want) and a few drops of vanilla. Yum

If I were you I would try a bit on one day and see if it stalls you or anything before you have it often, if you get my drift? It's the sort of thing that affects some people but not others - I hope it works for you! It's yummy!

Be sure and read the label on canned whip cream. The ones I have checked have sugar in them.

Be very careful about that Land O Lakes Whipped Cream in a can, that's sweetened with Splenda. If you plug the values into a hidden carb counter, you'll see that there are really 2 carbs per serving of that stuff. I think a serving is 2 tablespoons---be careful how you measure those 2 tablespoons because the manufacturers' measure is based on standard cooking measuring spoons, not on estimating how much comes out of the can.

So what you are saying then Megs is laying on the floor on my back with a can of whipped cream tilted upside down with the nozzle in my mouth is probably not a good thing then? :confused (heehee)

I didn't see her say that! She didn't say that did she? Huh? :sarcasm Cuz I'm thinking it doesn't count if you're doing crunches at the same time.

                  hehe
