    Actually, the more fat you eat, the more you burn. Upping fat slightly will not cause you to stall - a lot of times when a person stalls, upping fat will cause a whoosh!

      Another thought, I'd check and make sure you're eating enough and are not going too long between meals/snacks. If you're too low in calories or going too long between meals your body is not going to be happy either.
