  • If your serious..

(posted in the other induction sec)

K.. Honestly guys let me tell you something....I just tested myself during the last 2 times I have been doing induction. My last induction I had splenda, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, but never any of the bars, ice creams or anything like that. I just wasn't losing at all even though I was doing 100% clean induction...So this time around I have not used splenda, cream cheese or even heavy cream and just a little cheddar cheese once in awhile (not everyday) WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! I am now on day 5 and I've lost 5 LBS and it's TOM (which I usually gain from) My clothes even feel so loose now!!! Where as my last induction I lost 3 LBS during the whole 2 weeks!

Anyways I thought I would write this in case some of you were stalling and not sure why. Go for the CLEAN induction, I mean CLEAN...you might see wayy better results!

    Well done :yes

The thing is, everyone has to find something that works for them - things like splenda stall some peoples weight loss, and do not affect others at all. ensive

I am pleased you have found what works for you, and congrats on the 5lb weight loss :joy

      Thanks Katy

I am so glad too...it was starting to bother me abit as to why I wasn't losing like I used to!

I'm glad it works for others...It's funny how everyone's body reacts differently : urplequ:

thanks for the advice! I don't think Splenda affects me, but I will try without Splenda to see how it affects my weight loss!

Thanks. Last week I gave up Diet Rite and lost two pounds. This week I plan on giving up cheese to see if that makes a difference as well. Like the others said, you have to see what affects you personally.
