Atkins 14 Day Starter Kit

I was thinking about buying this kit? Is it worth it?

I have a ton of Atkins vitamins, including the 4 essentials in the starter pack. Once they are all gone I plan to go with a one a day multi vitamin and the Atkins essential oils. I will probably get the centrum silver. The thing I don't like about the Atkins is how many you have to take throughout the day. I am sure they are great for me but I hate taking vitamins.

Some of the vitamins in that starter kit are not okay for Induction (Atkins Accel) I saw one of these kits in GNC Saturday, and you would probably be better off getting the Atkins Basic 3 Vitamins, or another multi-vitamin with less doses and no iron.


I've seen posts on the board where people have had problems with the Atkins Accel Vitamins, that is why I directed this post at them.

IMHO No, it isn't worth it. I bought the kit my first time around doing atkins and felt it was a waste of money.
