    Oh No....

this morning i didnt really feel like cooking breakfast so i went to the pantry and grabbed a thing of pork rignes and some cinnamon so i insert the cinnamon into this bag and add what i think is splenda and shake. i ate like 2 pork rignes and they were great. then my mother walked in and said "you didnt use the sugar there did you" i said sugar?.

soi wasted that whole bag got another and used splenda this time it was ok but i didnt add enough splenda. anyway. will the consumption of what little sugar i had hurt me. cause im doing great on this diet im down to 245 already and thats from 260.

Don't sweat it...just keep going! Doesn't sound like you had all that much...if you have any sugar cravings today, at least you'll know why and that should make it easier to get through. :yes

I agree. Just put that little slip behind you and keep going. Maybe drink some extra water. Sounds like you've been doing great otherwise!
