  • STEPPING IT UP

Ok so i'm well into my exercise program now and i was thinking of stepping my tae bo workouts up to 2 maybe 3 (hour long sessions) per day 5 days a week.

I was just wondering if this will effect my weight loss detrimentally in anyway?

    Guy.

:icondance WOW! 2-3 hours a day?! You will shed pounds like nobody's business! I wish I had the stamina to go for that long! more than 30-40 min of cardio just wears me out!

        Hi Guy,

I exercise almost 3 hours 6 days a week. I walk 3-4 miles, do lower body exercises one day and upper body exercises the next and I do water aerobics. People are really starting to compliment me on my body shape, I'm getting muscle definition all over. Dr. Atkins says that exercise is a very important componant of this diet, so I say go for it!

Way to go with the exercise. My advise would be to keep doing the Tae Bo you are doing now and add in a different type of activity. When I started this woe I had been doing Tae Bo for about 2 months and I added running, I was amazed at how sore I got. I thought there was not a part of my body that Tae Bo didn't work. I think that it is important to do differnt things. Just my two cents. Keep up the great work!! :icondance

dont forget to change you work out. dont stick with the same thing for more then a month. there are lots of those tapes out there...i use them myself. your body gets use to a work out. maybe just changing it will give you the results you want
