I notice that I get constipated when I don't eat my veggies correctly and the only way to 'soften' things up is usually a stool softener

There was an emoticon on the old board that was <colon>pensive. On the new board, <colon>p = , so all of those show up as ensive. Just the way the software interprets the code.

i take three metamucil knock-offs every nite around 9 pm. it works but i eat alot of vegetables too so fiber there also.
