Great, make sure you post your menus in the 'Review my menu' forum so others can see if they can spot any known stallers.
Then it might be an idea after doing a week or so of a 'clean' induction to start climbing the Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL) ladder and reintroducing carbs in the order Dr Atkins suggested to find your Critical Carb Level for Losing (CCLL) as others have suggested.
OWL is the stage of Atkins where we also find out if any foods affect our bodies adversely, and learn how to eat for the rest of our lives.

2big has likened the Atkins journey to building a house to live in, with Induction being when we lay our foundations, OWL being when we build the walls of the house, Pre-maintenance when we raise the roof and make it safe and Maintenance where we live a healthy life. :joy

If you skip the middle stages you will be shortchanging your body, and may well find yourself gaining the weight again and having to do it all over again! :sadblinky
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Redoing induction is going to give you a boost, but the truth is that the last 10lbs can take FOREVER to come off. It took me a year to get them off.

It would be helpful for us to help you if you'd give the information asked for. A couple days examples of your current menus, what meds/supplements you're taking, how much water you're drinking, and how much and what type of exercise you're doing.

It could be a very simple mistake food wise, or it may be as simple as changing up your exercise routine. It may also be that body fat wise you're closer to where your goal should be than the goal you set.
