so, i finally was within 4 lbs of my goal weight yesterday. i woke up and weighed in, was really excited, etc. i spent the day in the yard doing yardwork, did nothing different food-wise, yet at night i was 6 lbs heavier than i was in the morning!!! (I'm a compulsive weigher at times- esp. now that i'm getting close to goal...it is anticipation).
I'm really not upset about the gain considering that it has to be water weight- i didn't eat nearly enough to gain the 3 lbs more i had on the scale this morning.
What I'm really questioning is- how much weight fluctuation is normal due to water retention? My weight seems to be ALL OVER the place. IT is really annoying b/c I don't know what to go by.
Oh yes- and TOM is nowhere in sight.
