Ok, my fav. new snack is Paper Plate Pizza.
I take about 9 pepperonis (150 cals, 0 carbs) and spread them out on a paper plate.
Then I take an oz of cheese, cut the chees up into little squares and place the squares on top of the pepperoni.
I melt in the microwave for about 35 secs.
YUM!!!!!! It's pizza without the bread and sauce. I love it! I was eating some salami but I totally prefer the pepperoni.
