  • Would usually put this in exercise forum but....

Yeah i would usually but that forum seems to be really slow in replying.

Anyway a little bird told me that if you exercise at intervals during the day, like i do, (1 hour in the moring, 30 minutes afternoon, 1 hour at night) that this may stall weight loss. I seriously don't understand why this would be so can someone please either explain this or discout it because i don't think its true but i'm still unsure.

Sounds like an old wives' tale to me guy.
I would have thought that spreading your exercise across the day could only be beneficial but I am no expert on exercise science and am sure someone better qualified will come up with a proper answer for you soon.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Actually a recent study (http://tinyurl.com/8ubbg) showed that many exercise sessions spread throughout the day was the equivalent in fat burning potential as one long exercise session. It is by no means a negative to stall weight loss. Just be sure you are fully hydrated at each exercise session because that can definitely stall weight loss (and ruin a perfectly good exercise session too.)

and actually because of the way the human body responds to exercise you are increasinf your metabolic rate for 3 periods of time after you finish not just the one you got from the initial long workout so you are getting better burning when not working out too.

        Happy low carbing.
