I got on the scale today, expecting it not to move and it moved quite a bit - 6LBS to be exact. I went from 315 to 309 this morning and that is a new record low!! 309 lbs is 71lbs lost! WOOOOO! and last night i had a dream i was with tons of people from my old middle school and they were all complimenting me saying "ok wow how much did you lose?" haha omg it was greatt!! WOOO ATKINS!
