  • Low Carb dressings

Hey guys, i ate a low carb thousand island dressing in my salad today, it had 0.6 carbs per 15g serving, is it ok to have low carb dressings like this?

I noticed that it had sucrolose in it, i thought that his might be an atkins no no what do you think?

On a high point i've finally broken 18 stones 18'10 to be exact i was getting discouraged for a moment

Sucralose is what splenda is so it's fine just make sure you count it in your daily sweetener allowance. I personally like ranch which is naturally low carb.

Yeah, sucralose was the sweetener Dr. A recommended, so you should be fine..unless you are one of those folks who stall with splenda. Of course, it probably only has a small amount per serving I would think. I too am a ranch dressing fan..Never used anything else.

As has been already mentioned, you should be good to go. Dr. A recommended any salad dressing with 1 (or 2g faulty memory) or less per 2 TBS. You did good with .6g. Now the real question did it taste good? The stuff I got from Walden Farms tasty nasty to me.

If you check out the regular full fat dressings you will discover that a lot of them have 2 carbs or less. So you can save money by avoiding all the low-fat and low-carb specialty dressings and enjoy the great taste of really dressings.

Low-fat dressings are the worst thing you can eat. All corn syrup! YECK!!
