Hey you guys, i'm trying to get myself down to a 36 inch waist by september 16 currently i'm a 42 inch waist and have been on induction for about 6 1/2 weeks.
I started doing major exercise about 2 weeks ago which includes doing tae bo 3 times a day 1 hour morning 30 mins afternoon 1 hour at night. Plus weights every other day, with 1 day off a week from exercise.
The point of this is do you guys think that its possible to lose that many inches off my waist by september or am i just deluding myself?
I want to be optimistic but ultimately i know i must also be realistic as well.
