Hello all- well I am at 174 and have 4 lbs to lose to meet my goal. It comes off about a pound a week lately. Does anyone have any advice to give on how to get those 4 lbs off in almost 2 weeks? Thanks!!!

Well I usually go for 6 mile walk/runs or an hour on the elliptical or stationary bike. I also like hiking swimming and dancing. In order to lose weight you should be trying to get in an hour of exercise per day. You will feel ike pooping out at 20 minutes but if you can get to 40 minutes you will feel like you could go forever. Don't push too hard, stay within your target heart rate and you can go mych longer.

Wow you've lost 24 lbs and you are very close to the goal you set. I say celebrate your success and don't let 4 pounds become a defeat. You have done really well and it is important to remember that. So I hope you succeed in losing the last 4 pounds but you body may not be ready for that right now and I really don't want you to get discouraged after working so hard.

I agree! my last 2-3 lbs took forever to come off..so don't get discouraged if it doesn't come off in 2 weeks. be patient! you're so close to goal now..you're pretty much there!
I also agree with upping exercise, and the water, and i found when trying to get my last couple of lbs off that watching calories helped..as did cutting back on cheese and cream.
