    Lowered my Cholesterol

    Well, I was feeling kinda blue because I have only lost one pound in the past three weeks, I'm having some kind of stall, but then my doctor called with the results of my cholesterol test! Are you ready for this????

    Total Cholesterol
    Before - 279 After - 207

    HDL
    Before - 55 After - 49

    LDL
    Before - 172 After - 123

    Triglycerides
    Before - 259 After - 176!!!!

    Just a good reminder that even when we aren't changing that much on the outside, we are changing on the inside! I'm so happy! My doctor knows I'm on Atkins and he told me to keep doing what I'm doing cause it's working!

    Holy crap thats amazing! I hope I have the same results. I won't really know though as I didn't go to the docs but I have a copy of my test from a year ago when I was the same fatness.
