I went to my personal trainer today. I didn't go last week cause I was sick with strep, ear infection. Anyway, I was complaining to him that I have only lost 1 pound in the last 3 weeks. I told him my eating was the same and I was exercising except for one day I took off sick. He said "let's go in and look at your fitday food & activity logs and see what you have been doing." OOPS! I was so embarassed, I haven't put anything in Fitday since JUNE 16th!
Could not recording everything in FitDay have an effect on my weight loss? I thought I had this WOE downpat and didn't need to write everything down anymore, but maybe that's not true. So I vow to record everything in FitDay and I'll let you know if I have a weight loss!
