  • I Did It!

    After my 2 week hiatus and my 8lb gain i'm back at 175. That's 4 day's folks....oh yeah...oh yeah Just goes to show if you stay true to the WOE it works!!!

    Well it could of just been water but who cares! Plus TOM is still hanging around could i possibly go below 175??? That would be awesome!!!

    way to go girl!

    I'm going to restart again tomorrow morning (Saturday) after falling off the wagon, luckily I've only gained about 2 lbs.....but i've got a long road to go!

      Yeah! I'm so glad to hear you got yourself together and didn't gain anymore. This time of year is hard. I know there is something called Seasonal Affective Disorder that people get in the winter, anyone ever heard of the summer blues? I get really down and depressed the first two weeks of July every year.

            That is wonderful! I am glad that you got back on track so quickly and are now reaping the benefits!! BTW, you look terrific! Keep living the WOE!!

              I know isn't this WOE awesome. Even if we slip up and eat something we shouldn't or eat more than we should, we can quickly correct our errors. I had a blip a while back and lost the 11 lbs in one week of weigh-ins. It was certainly mostly (entirely?) water weight, but seeing the 11 lbs off rather than showing up on the scale was huge. Congrats on plugging your butt firmly back where it belongs.

                            Congrats on getting yourself back on track so quickly ...the extra pounds lost will definately keep you motivated to lose some more and stay on this WOE. You look beautiful, can't wait to see your goal picture
