  • Canadian Sugar Twin

    I have a new low carb cookbook and most of the recipes that call for splenda call for 1/2 of this Canadian Sugar Twin and 1/2 Splenda. What is it and where can I get it and is it induction friendly?

    I live in Southern California.

    Hmmmm...I know here in the states we have Sugar Twin, I don't know if Canada makes theirs differently or what. I once tried Brown Sugar twin and it was horrid. However, the only sweetner I've ever liked is Splenda so I may be a bit biased. I wonder why the recipes call for two different sweetners? Does it say why?
