    well I have been excersizing for 2 weeks now on the weight machines also I went from 8 minits of cardio to 17 minits so far, I was only loosing 1lb a week for a little while but now i am loosing 2 lbs a week for last 2 weeks, so its been over 13 weeks and i have lost 42 lbs!! I love this way of eating!

      Great job on upping the exercise amd seeing the results. Using the additional energy this WOE provides is one of the biggest benefits over any other way of eating. It is so much easier personally to stay motivated when you see the results too. Congrats on all your success!

        42 pounds is such a great accomplishment...hope to reach that many pounds lost soon, also

                    Thanks, I just lost another 3lbs this week and I have been on it for over? well I started on april 11th. I was loosing only a pound a week for the last little while but when I started excersizing it went to 2 lbs then 3 lbs, and I feel so much better scince excersizing! I thought it would just make me more tired, im trying to upload a pic of me at my heaviest, I need to take one of me now. i was wearing 26/28 and now im in a loose 18, my waist was 52 inches now its 41.

                      Congrats on your success! And exercising is a wonderful thing, and helps speed up the weight loss! I started off this WOE with zero exercising, and now I am up to at least 6 days a week of exercising, it's become a HABIT for me now!

                        That is so awesome!! I always hear that exercising helps but I didn't know how big of a help! I need to hear these kind of stories to keep me motivated and get my butt movin'
