    Where is everyone?

    There hasnt been much posting going on in extended induction lately??? I know there are many of ya'll on extended induction. Come on and post! I need inspiration on how good everyone is doing!!!

    I hate to say it but I definitely cannot be an inspiration. But I hoppe to get some from the posters. I think it's summertime and everyone is out playing. Me personally I am just really busy at work.

        I think lots of people must be on vacation, I'm still here, not gonna weigh in till tomorrow though, I'll let you know how it goes!

          If you call three weeks extended, I am here and doing well. I have been walking 4 miles a day and feeling great. I am staying away from the scale after an awsome first two weeks.

            I've been having a slow loss so there hasn't been much to report. But I lost 3lbs today so I'm happy about that!

              I'm here - no good news to report, except I finally got a before picture posted of me at 204.5 lbs with my hubby. Hopefully in another 3 weeks, I'll have another picture posted.....

                    Whew, losing weight is so much fun...just thought I would share that with everyone, lol -i'm still here too

                        I of course live to be here, but long hours at work are a sure way to limit any sort of fun time. The only good news is the longer daylight hours has made nightly walks with our new dog a lot easier. I'll post a photo of our new little snowball soon.

                          I'm a newbie around here. Been lurking mostly and hovering between Extended Induction and Rung 1.

                              I'm back now. I had a German pen-pal over for a long weekend and spent the whole time sight-seeing, all on foot so hopefully I'll have killed off a few more pounds.....
