As i do my morning ritual every morning. Standing in the b-day suit in the mirror as i get dressed i noticed that my pooch is going away. I never in a million years would of thought it would go. All that loose skin is starting to tighten just a bit and doesnt look as nasty. Maybe Pilates is working?? Now if the thighs and the bootie would just start to shrink!!!

Well, you know what they say, "Great abs are made in the kitchen" - but doing all that toning and sticking to your guns is where the big picture is at.
WOOOHOOOOO for you!!!! You're looking incredible, and I know you're feeling it!!

I'm so glad to hear that! I keep wondering about my poochy stomach. I have a friend that had gastric bypass and she ended up having what they call a skin apron, her stomach was just this big flap of skin hanging down, she had to have another surgery to remove it.Chriss Female 246/236/160 5'3"

Re: New thing i noticed this am
America- Rapid weight loss certainly makes the apron a bigger likelihood, but with a large amount of weight to lose or for those of us with kiddos - it's a likelihood anyway. I also have a big 'ole skin flap that will require surgery to go away. I had planned on doing that last year, but will wait until next year to do it - assuming the money fairy comes and visits me!

And thank you!
