    60 pounds gone

    I am so excited! For some reason (and I'm NOT complaining ) I have lost 8 1/2 pounds this week, making my total as of today 60 pounds! Going into this 6 months ago and having over 95 pounds to lose, I never thought I would be saying "Yeah, I only have 35 more pounds to lose " The scale is so movtivating this week!

    And I'm into the 170's, haven't been there in many years, it feels great!

      Congrats. Keep it going and those last 35 lbs. will be off before you know it.

        Just be sure you're eating ENOUGH and drinking plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. Your body will appreciate it! Take your time with your Atkins and don't rush to lose just for the sake of losing... losing the weight is one thing but keeping it OFF on a permanent basis will be much much harder to do.

          Do you have the whoosie fairy trapped in a jar at your house? If so, set her free! You don't need her anymore, some of us could use her too! Congrats! You are doing great! Thanks for posting!

                All I have to say is, "we need pictures!"

                  Thanks everyone I think the scale is just catching up with me finally lol. I'm not doing much different than I was last week or 2 weeks ago. It's gotten a lot more humid and we are getting ready to move, so I'm sure it's from lots of packing (bending and stretching LOTS...and tons of sweating) on top of doing my regular exercise routine everyday.

                  All I drink is water all day then a glass or two of iced tea in the evening for change so water is definately not a problem (I think my back teeth are permanently floating lol).

                    Ya send the Whooshie to Canada LOL. What a great accomplishment you're doing absolutely Wonderful. I'm waiting for 2 pounds so I can say I lost 80 how excellent.

                    You should Be SO PROUD of yourself way to go girl keep it comming, and 35 pounds left isn't it great knowing your over half way WOOHOOO!!
