    just had to share with the community that for the first time in 8 or so years i am under 200lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , not by alot , (two pounds) but hey ill take it!

    thank you all for your advice , inspiration , and thank you to the admins and mods for running this board so well
