I've always been a compulsive eater. I've always binged. I've never once purged, just binged.
16 days of cheat free induction. 17 pounds gone.
Wouldn't you think that would be incentive enough to keep me from binging.
I got up this morning, did walk away the pounds, and had some bacon and an egg. At lunchtime I was on the road, travelling, I at some celery I had packed, and then stopped for gas, where I bought pistachio nuts, which I knew were not for induction, but I had the craving, and the gas station had NO induction friendly snacks. When I got back to the office, my coworker was eating sugar free jello, and gave me one of those.
I got to my mom's house at 5 at the binge started. I ate her meatloaf (ketchup on top, bread crumbs within) and then ate some southern fried squash (breaded in corn meal). I don't know why, but the next thing that went into my mouth was a snack size bag of doritos, folowed by sugar free chocolates.
I seriously feel so sick now. The combination of carbs and sugar alcohol from the chocolates is disgusting me.
WHY DO I DO THIS????? Does anyone else here battle the binges?
Tomorrow is a new day, and a clean induction. I can do this.
