Hello all!
It is likely that it the next time I will sleep is tomorrow evening. I am on a 'Relay for Life" team (okay, actually I am on two teams), which is a 24 hour walking event to raise money for fighting cancer. I am scheduled to walk from 10pm until 1 am tonight for one team, and from 1pm-3pm tomorow for another. The hope of the organizers is that prople hang out when not walking. There will be live bands, outdoor movies and other activities throughout the event.
There is a distinct possibility that I will be awake from now until closing ceremonies tomorrow at 6pm. I plan on having several prepared meals with me so there will be no lack of food. The question is, how often would you folks eat in a similar situation? Because I don't really feel hungery on extended induction, I usually just watch the clock and eat three meals a day, about 6 hours apart. Should I follow that rule for extended waking hours, a meal every 6 hours, or go my regular sleeping hours without food, or light snacking? If I feel hungry, I will eat, but if I don't what would you do?
Dave
