  • TTDriver!!!! Help!!!!

    Hey I need an Exercise boost!!! Any fine suggestions?? I don't do outdoors stuff, maybe I should try it.

    I'm not TTDriver, but I think I'm going to make myself start with 15 to 20 minutes a day for the next month. I'm new here. I need to set a goal that I'll be able to handle. You're probably looking for much more, but this is a start for me; and maybe you could set a tiny goal that you can stick to. Hopefully, someone will come around to give you the KICK that you're looking for!

      Look, I am a TOTALLY REFORMED COUCH POTATO who decided that if I was to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF, I'd better get my lard @ss out the door!
      Nearly 1,000 miles run this year .. now .. you want suggestions?

      GET OUTDOORS! WALK .. everyday. NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES. After 2 weeks, WALK FASTER... everyday. At least 2 miles a day. You should be able to do it in 30-45 minutes a day, easily.

      Set a goal to do it for a month. When you do that, increase your goal to 2 months!! WATCH THAT SCALE MOVE!! COME ON, NIKKI!!!
